About the lab

AJI-Lab is a research lab led by Alham Fikri Aji at MBZUAI. Our team includes students and staff at MBZUAI, along with students we co-advise in Indonesia.

We study multilingual and multicultural NLP, with a focus on low-resource languages and efficient models. We also explore human-computer interaction across languages and cultures.
